Setting A Foundation

As a first blog post, let me begin with the foundation: why I even bother. Why am I a realtor and why write about it? (My intention is to try and keep these posts under a 100-second read)

Realtor Reason:

Real estate is my passion. I love the idea that under each roof is a vastly different situation with individual needs, fears, and desires #sonder

I also love real estate investments and want to help as many people get on the investment path as well as increase my exposure to the market for my own deals.

Blog Reason:

I think by being able to read my short insights, you'll have a better idea of who I am as a person which helps you determine if we're a good fit.
