The reason people stopped doubting me was that they felt where my intentions were which was enough of a reason for them to believe in my abilities. They felt my ambition and true desire to help. All at once, I had people needing help buying, selling, and investing. Within two weeks, I went from having 0 under contract to now 5 properties under contract.

 

But wait..., I’ve never done this before… What happens now? This is where I have to thank the team around me. I had attorneys, lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and other realtors helping me navigate the waters and have my clients win. My team continues to help ensure the best experiences for those I help.

 

My clients did a lot of winning even during my startup days. Within my first year, I transacted over $2.5 million, working past such unusually challenging situations, and resulting in nothing other than a positive outcome 

 

I will forever continue to provide as much value as I can to as many people as possible. I create genuine relationships which don't end when the deal closes. (Seriously, I still meet with everyone I’ve helped) Why? Because that's satisfaction to me.
